In August 2020 Next Steps joined with Resource to offer a flexible outplacement and careers transitioning service to our existing and new clients. 2020 saw us help organisations across a range of sectors support their people affected by rightsizing, Our coaching experience, coupled with the recruitment expertise of ResourceBank means we have been well placed to provide affected people with support as well as up to the minute insight into the jobs market which is evolving at pace because of COVID-19.
As well as workshops and larger projects we also offer individual support. We have successfully supported a cross section of people from engineers through to senior partners working within the legal sector. Most recently we delivered a series of workshops to our first client in the charity sector which has unfortunately been hit hard by the pandemic – we are proud to have worked with the charity Mind and wish them well for the future.
